Chen Hsong IMMs are known for their precision and durability. The addition of automation robots and tooling from Star Automation enhances the performance of Chen Hsong systems.
By using a standardized robot interface with 32-pin and 50-pin connections, Chen Hsong injection molding systems are compatible with Star Automation machines. Older presses can be made compatible through direct wiring using a terminal strip interface.
It is important to receive training on proper operation of the system. Even after training, Star Automation remains available to provide additional support, including answering questions, providing further training, and performing maintenance and repair.
Servo Robots for Chen Hsong Injection Molding Systems
As a major supplier of servo motor-driven take-out machines for Chen Hsong, automatic unloaders from Star Automation are easy for operators to use with little training required. Chen Hsong IMMs with injection ranges between 20 and 4 tons, as well as 2500 to 5000 tons, can be used with servo robots from Star Automation. Sprue Pickers for Chen Hsong IMMs
Star Automation offers easy-to-use and safe swing-type sprue pickers. These pickers are compact and intuitive to use, and can store up to 15 molds in the mold change memory for increased productivity. The XQ.V series simplifies assembly by eliminating unnecessary wires and piping. The vertical stroke length varies by model, with options ranging from 450 mm to 800 mm. Changing the release side is quick and easy with these sprue pickers.
Conveyor Belt Systems for Chen Hsong IMMs
All of our models are adjustable in height from 35 to 51 inches, and have an adjustable tilting angle of 900 to 1300 mm. They are powered by an AC120V single-phase supply of 40 W, which allows for a belt speed of 10 feet per minute. Each model that’s compatible with Chen Hsong IMMs includes a variable speed drive, indexing control, and a 32-foot power cord. Additional options are available upon request.
