Sprue Pickers for Mitsubishi IMMs
Star Automation presents swing-type sprue pickers that prioritize ease of use and safety. These pickers are not only compact and user-intuitive but also equipped with a mold change memory capable of storing up to 15 molds, maximizing productivity. The XQ.V series simplifies assembly by eliminating unnecessary wires and piping. Vertical stroke lengths differ across models, ranging from 450 mm to 800 mm, and switching the release side is now simpler and quicker than ever.
Conveyor Belt Systems for Mitsubishi IMMs
Our models are designed with adjustable heights spanning from 35 to 51 inches, along with an adjustable tilting angle ranging from 900mm to 1300mm. These models are powered by a single-phase AC120V power supply, delivering 40 W of power, which enables a belt speed of 10 feet per minute. Notably, each model comes equipped with a variable speed drive, indexing control, and a 32-foot power cord. For added flexibility, various optional features are also available.
