Nissei is a Japanese machinery manufacturer that offers hybrid, all-electric, hydraulic, hydro-mechanical, two-shot, vertical, thermoset, micro, and high-speed injection molding machines.
Star Automation machines are compatible with Nissei injection molding systems through SPI 32-pin and 50-pin standardized robot to press interfacing. Older presses are compatible via direct wiring through a terminal strip interface.

Sprue Pickers for Nissei IMMs
Sprue pickers eliminate excess plastic scraps from the molding and whisk them away for recycling. Our robotic attachments are compatible with Nessei IMMs. Mold change memory allows for up to 15 different molds to be stored. Vertical stroke lengths vary between 450 mm and 800 mm.

Conveyor Belt Systems for Nissei IMMs
Transport components from your Nessei IMM quickly and efficiently with a conveyor belt from Star Automation.
All of our models have an adjustable height between 35 and 51 in. with a 900mm - 1300mm adjustable tilting angle. They have an AC120V single-phase power supply of 40 W that allows for a belt speed of 10 ft per minute. Each model includes a variable speed drive, indexing control, and a 32-foot power cord. Additional options are available.
